8-week Music Together® session with the Fiddle song collection
Dates: September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
October 7, 14, 29 (no class on October 21)
Music Together Outdoors: Enrolled families will participate in a weekly 45-minute group class of limited size on Thursday mornings. A family set of instruments will be provided on site, and each family group will have an assigned socially-distanced spot on the lawn. Bring your own picnic blanket and dress for the weather conditions. If there is severe weather or a threat of lightning as determined by the Lake City Music Together director, classes will be available online instead. Out of an abundance of caution for the well-being of the youngest among our group, masks are required for caregivers and encouraged for older children until the family is settled in their spot for class. Ms. Kelli is fully-vaccinated for Covid-19.
Music Together Online: Enrolled families will have access to one 45-minute classes each week--posted on Thursday mornings. These videos will be posted into our private Music Together Online group on Facebook where you will also find exclusive content just for families enrolled in Triangle classes this spring. Alternate links to video classes may be provided upon request.
Class videos will be available on-demand throughout the summer session with exclusive content access expiring on November 11, 2021.
Music Together Outdoors: Classes are scheduled each Thursday at 10:00 AM. Each group class is approximately 45 minutes in length and includes around 10 songs, chants and movement activities to engage participants at their own level. The mixed-age, family-style class experience will function as a closed learning pod. Class size will be limited, and the number of caregivers will also be limited. All participants must be registered; instrument kits will contain basic instruments for each registered child and caregiver.
Music Together Online: Classes can be accessed according to your family's unique scheduling needs. Each 45-minute video experience will be loaded Thursday mornings, but you will be able to watch (and rewatch!) videos on-demand to suit your schedule. Some families like to watch at the class time they are used to setting aside in their previous schedules, others wait until the whole family can gather after parents are finished working for the day or even viewing right before the bedtime routine begins. Bonus content, such as Singalong Stories and/or lullabies, will be posted periodically.

Music Together Outdoors: We will attempt to hold each class regularly. Severe weather conditions may limit our ability to meet as a group; online makeup classes will be offered in that case. Community factors, other groups using nearby spaces, and general noise are out of our control, though we will make every effort to provide classes as scheduled and described above.
Music Together Online: We do our best to provide videos at the same time for each week that is scheduled. However an unusual situation may arise where we may not able to publish every class as planned. Every effort will be made to offer a way for all students to access a class on a regular basis, but there will be no automatic credit or refund for classes not watched by the registered family within the publication window or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
Gift certificates are available in any amount.
Scholarships may be available for families in need. Please contact Director Kelli Schneider for a scholarship application or to contribute specifically to the scholarship fund.
